Hey guys just wondering if you think this lower coil bucket set up would be strong or if I should go a different route. I placed about 1.5 inches of washers that are welded together under the James duff lower coil mounts to clear the ttb ball joint hump and stuck a grade 5 bolt right through the top to kinda clamp it all together.

I have them on my BII and I like them. I put them on a different way than you did. I notched mine so hey would set flat on the Dana 35 beams. Look at some of my past post to see pics of them. I also used F150 coils.

Yeah I've seen your set up before and it looks really good! I actually copied it at one point but I had a problem when the coil was fully compressed it was rubbing the upper coil tower where it mounts to the bottom of the frame! So I decided to mount them more outboard.

im a bit late! but if any one reads this i went to home depot and bought a 4.5 inch piece for house plumbing, the inside is right at 4.5 and outside is right at 5.5 inches. works great for my 3.5 eb coils. plus i can use a stock style coil retainer. and ive had no problems finding 4 inch washers for it.
