I have a 2009 ranger xlt, and I was wondering if I would be able to put 33x12.5's on it with stock suspension?

You can't do it without lifting or cutting. I run 33x10.5" tires and had to do some minor mods to clear at full turn. I also have a 1.5" torsion bar crank.

Do you notice a stiffer ride with t-crank ?

I do not have a stiffer ride with the t-crank. The spring rate of the torsion bar is not changed by cranking it up. If it is cranked too much, it gets too close to the extension stops in the shocks and it can feel like a harsher ride when they hit the stops.

I just cranked mine up 1.5 inches and I rarely hit the extension stops on the shocks. I go by the ride height adjustment in the Ford repair manual. I adjust it to just slightly over the ride height for a new or rebuilt suspension. That ends up being about 1.5" higher than stock on my Ranger.

If you're not making mistakes, you're not learning.
They should fit with a crank, but might rub a little on turns, and may hit the inner fender well on hard bumps. But normal driving should be fine.
