Anybody with the newer ranger that has the infamous clutch squeak? Just been issued; new TSB from ford..found it today while looking up TSBs on another customer's 2008 Ranger...

TSB 08-22-8 NOISE FROM CLUTCH SLAVE CYLINDER WHEN CLUTCH - ENGAGED/DISENGAGED

Publication Date: October 30, 2008

FORD: 2004-2008 Ranger

This article supersedes TSB 07-24-1 to update the Part List and Service Procedure.

ISSUE:
Some 2004-2008 Ranger vehicles equipped with a manual transmission may exhibit a squeaking noise when engaging or disengaging the clutch. This may be due to the interface between the clutch slave cylinder and clutch fingers. The noise may be duplicated by cycling the clutch with the vehicle standing still and the engine off.

ACTION:
Follow the Service Procedure steps to correct the condition.

SERVICE PROCEDURE

Use a stethoscope to confirm the source of the noise is coming from the clutch slave cylinder located in the transmission bell housing.
If the noise is from the clutch slave cylinder, obtain the Dow Corning® Molykote® G-n Metal Assembly Paste and Clutch Kit and proceed to Step 2.
If the noise is not from the clutch slave cylinder, do not continue with this procedure. Follow normal diagnostics per the Workshop Manual (WSM).
NOTE: THE USE OF DOW CORNING® MOLYKOTE® G-N METAL ASSEMBLY PASTE IS A CRITICAL COMPONENT OF THIS PROCEDURE AND MUST BE APPLIED AS INDICATED.

A 2.8 oz. (79.3 g) tube of Dow Corning® Molykote® G-n Metal Assembly Paste may be obtained from a local source or one of the following suppliers:
Dealers in the United States contact Motion Industries at 1-586-726-6262.
Dealers in Canada contact Paisley Products at 1-514-344-0218 extension 226.
Remove the transmission. Refer to the WSM, Section 308 for removal and installation procedures.
Replace the clutch disc and pressure plate.
Replace the clutch slave cylinder. Apply a thin film of Dow Corning® Molykote® G-n Metal Assembly Paste to the new clutch slave cylinder bearing face as well as on each of the clutch fingers of the pressure plate.
NOTE: ONLY 1-2 OUNCES (28-57 g) OF GREASE IS REQUIRED PER VEHICLE.

Install the transmission.
