I've replaced both of my axle pivot bushings on my 93 Ranger 4X4. The left one went smoothly. On the right one (passenger side) I cannot get the axle (with the new bushing) back in the mount. Its a good quarter inch too thick and the mount flanges don't seem to flex out. I've been using a floor jack to try to push it back in but it will eventually lift the truck until it bushing slides to one side or another. Anyone else seem to have this issue. Most of the advice I see is on removing the old bushings from the axles.
