Looks good
Can we get some specs on how you made it........size steel ect.
Are you going to paint it?
What winch are you running on it?
I just picked up 2 pieces of channel steel, 1 piece was 60" & the other was 12". The smaller piece was used to cut 2 extensions to mount to the frame horns & the longer one to use for the front bumper.
The extensions are mounted to the outside of the frame horns backed up to the front body mount. There is enough room to drill 3 holes through the extensions & the frame horn & bolt 'em up, I think they were 1/2" but I actually can't remember at the moment...
Anyway, you can use washers on 2 of the bolts, the hole in the back does not have enough room to clear one.
After you have the frame horn extensions bolted on, make a notch on the top & bottom of them so the bumper will slide onto them, center it up & weld it together.
To do the angles, find where you want 'em, heat 'em with a torch, & bend 'em in. The winch is a Smittybuilt Xrc8, I think the winch mount is a universal deal. I found out I had just enough room to mount my KC's, so there it is...I'm gonna use rust preventive rattle can black to paint it & be done..............
