Thats right a v8 mower. I was looking on the web the other day at v8 mowers. And it hit me like a ton of bricks, a right angle gear box. I know you are probably think, a right angle gear box, hiws that gonna help. Well heres what ive came up with, use the pullies on the front of the motor to turn an alternator i will probably use an electric water pump. I can mess around with the pulley sizies to get the max speed and stuff like that. Some questions i have are, What is the max RPMs can riding mower blades handle without becoming shrapnel. Will the stock rear end hold up to the power of the v8? I know it wont if i dump it to it all at once but maybe a little a time. And what is the smallest radiator i can use to keep a v8 cool?
