The fuse panel descriptions in this truck are a little hard to understand, so I need some help.
I hooked up a transmission temp gauge. I used add-a-fuses, and used the "park lamp relay" fuse for the light, and "main audio unit" fuse for the 12V switched.
However, the light in the gauge comes on as soon as the battery is hooked up so apparently the park lamp relay fuse is a constant hot 12V fuse.
Is there a switched fuse in the panel I could use for the light so it comes on with the parking lamps, or at least headlights?
And since I'm checking, is the main audio unit fuse OK to use for a 12V switched? I figured it would be because it should only be hot when the key is turned on, but now I'm not sure.
