Get them tow hooks and weld them to your frame.

You could use tow hooks, but a hitch can be used for other things as well, and lots of people aren't smart enough to hook to both tow hooks when they pull something.

I'd rather have a receiver hitch foto attach to when recovering something.

Because with tow hooks you are NEVER sure about the quality of the hooks, bolts or the skill of the welder who installed them.

a receiver hitch mounted with the supplied fasteners is nearly idiot proof.

k i ordered a hitch today and should get it soon. How would I install it since I have the rear bumper lifted up and the holes to mount the hitch are taken?

Note: Get Grade 8 Bolt. Your regular bolts from Home Depot won't cut it, since they are Grade 3 and very weak. Grade 8 is used for things like suspension components, which I would trust.
