OK guys....1994 Ford Ranger 3.0 XLT Regular cab long bed

I recently replaced the water pump on this truck. Now my Alternator isn't charging the battery. These two connectors are hanging down on the driver's side. I checked nearby the battery, power distribution box ,solenoid, starter, firewall and fender. I cannot find anything or anywhere for these two plugs coming from the main power source wiring harness from the Alternator. Where do they go?

Not alternator wiring with Red/yellow and Green/tan wires

Alternator in 1994 will have a larger Black/orange stripe wire from the B+ terminal on the back of the alternator, it runs to to starter relay post on inner fender, it will be a Grey wire on that post, that's the wire color of the Fusible link

The 2 wires on alternators voltage regulator, Yellow/White stripe to engine fuse box, and a Light Green/Red stripe to instrument cluster inside cab.

Check fuse 20 in engine fuse box, thats the Yellow wires fuse

Turn on the key, does Battery Light come on?
If so the Light Green wire is OK
If not check Cab Fuses, don't have a number for that one

Ford used these 3 wire colors for alternators since at least 1988 and until 2005 on Rangers
Black/orange
Yellow/white
Light green/red
