BOV isn't needed, turbo 2.3's never came with one, if the volume of the intake isn't too large it shouldn't change too much, with just a little boost an intercooler probably isn't needed either, sure it would be better but would be something you could add later.

well its two things that wont hurt anything,

as for o2 sensors i wond to do a full strait 3 inch? how would i got about these?

You would use the one in the turbo manifold, and use the tuner to delete the downstream sensor. 3" is a little big unless your running 15+ lbs boost, but 2.5 will be plenty for what you will be doing. Unlike diesel engines, gas engines need a little backpressure...

wont the turbo be plenty backpressure? i am running 2.5 at the moment so i guess ill leave the cat for now untill tuned, whats a tuner and say two tunes run?

If you buy a tuner new (about 379 depending where you buy) you get 3 custom tunes free with the purchase. The Ihi turbo's (like the one I have) max out at about 18 psi, stock wastegate opens at about 12 psi, but can be modded to open later or bypassed completely for all out boost...
