What's happening Men?! I've been more out of it than usual....I had a bad flashback Christmas Day......the amnesia from combat doesn't help....

pity party time :bawling:

anyhow....the brakes are working great on the Ranger since the rebuild...I'm still going to cover the cab headliner backboard....eventually!

What's up Colin! The PTSD hammered me pretty good last year.....I quit counting after losing 170 days of not leaving my living room...not even to go into the garage to piddle with the Ranger.

I started doing better this January/who-knows how long the improvement will last(had a ba=a=a-d flashback Christmas Day).....what's up with you?

Thanks Men! It looks like the Ranger will be getting a rebuilt TH400 A/T.

The 700R4 has 225,000 miles on it....before it blows up I want to do a complete rebuild on it so I can get another 225,000 miles out of it.

why a th400 and not another 700r4?? won't the th400 make it turn more rpms at highway speed and hurt the fuel mileage??

WHY........I'm glad that you axed!

I'm going to pull a travel trailer with it and need the extra torque/rpm for going up those Smoky Mountains. Since I won't be going over 60mph (on flat ground-LOL) it won't be turning more than 2500 rpm with the taller tires I have on the Ranger now.
