Stuff I have already fixed: clutch, brakes, radio, exhaust, filters.A few spots on rhe frame The 4.0 runs so well, it is almost scary. The Rat leaks Mercon from a few places, and gear oil from the front diff. It needs shocks. I'm mostly asking about sensors and ignition stuff. Is there stuff getting close to death? What about the PCV and EGR widgets? It is a 94 with a 5 speed. What kind of ECU do I want should that die? What else will work? TIA

Mine has 300000+ on it and I just R&R 2 summer ago the complete ignition system looking for a miss. It turned out to be a bad injector! as noted above if not broke dont break it. These parts were 20 years old too boot. Normal maintenance is all you need to keep up with.

Wow, thanks. The Rat isn't used as a daily driver. But when I want it to run, I want it to run. I've spent twice as much fixing it as I did buying it. I decided a while back that stuff has to break from then on. Glad to know I'm on the right. track :D
