So i pulled a 4.0l out of a 90 and grabbed the harness and ECU and believe i grabbed the map sensor since its speed density. What is the rest i need to convert and does my 89 have trans cooler or should i pull that from the donor truck as well, both are auto's and same transmission. So pretty much what all do i need to have for the conversion. And what can i remove off my truck that wont be needed.
I already been through few threads but most of it was minimal description
:dunno:

there's no such thing as a "speed density 4.0"

The early 4.0's do have a MAP sensor but it would also have a Mass Air sensor mounted to the air box...

So what output are the injectors on the 90 4.0? And do you know by chance where on the harness the maf plugs into cuz there was a few burned up connections on the harness that were already there before i showed up
