this just started today or last night. Scratch that, I just noticed it today or last night, but I'm usually pretty observant about stuff in my cars...

Anyway, the Left Blinker will randomly not work. I've narrowed it down to the following conditions: when the turn signal is locked in the left turn position, or the first time you press the hazard switch.

If the left turn signal is in the hold-to-pass position, it works fine. If you turn off the hazards and turn them back on, it works fine.

Does this more and more often throughout today on the turn signal, not sure about the hazards, since I rarely use them anyway.

Has my switch gone bad, or is it the relay?

Try spraying Electrical contact cleaner down around the hazard button and operate it and the turn signals few times.
