'92 cranks won't start

ford orgl.starter awsome ! cranks & cranks & ... won't start . has new = bosch fuel pump , ignition module , cap n rotor , dist. , coil , plugs , starter relay . Recent wires , Mass air , throttle pos. , cleaned Idle air . Checked fuel pressure , fire = orange/yellow, firing order correct no vaccum leaks . Ocasionally will start & runs G R E A T ! but may & has died randomly. Could be soon after starting or run a while then die or the next day or start three times/days in a row or not again for a week. Help ? Would be appreciated .

Sounds like the fuel pump might be getting random electricity. Check everything that has to do with the flow of lectric... including grounds.. It would help to know where you are as certain problems in the east rarely occur in the west.

K E N T U C K Y and some rust , not real bad . Fuel seems to a rookie to be workin as designed .

I will check the grounds . Sounds like good next step . Could the starter switch be a problem.

If it's not starting, but you are getting spark and have fuel pressure (pumps priming?), sounds like the ignition switch is probably fine.

Definitely check grounds, also make sure gas is getting into the cylinder. Could have pressure at the rail, but injectors may be getting intermittent power or signal.
