I'm getting ready to build a tube bumper for my truck. I'm building it similar to Copykat's bumper. Main tube will be 2" and the rest will be 1 3/4". I'm going to order the tubing next week but whats a good wall thickness? .065, .120, .125, .188, . 250, or .375 are my options. Thanks

I went with .120 on all mine. I think it's a good balance of strength and weight. If you're mounting a winch, you'll need heavier stuff for the winch, but the rest will be fine with .120.
