I haven't :)

Studs are better than bolts in most applications, they hold better.
But their main benefit is for repeated removal of parts, on racing engines they are used on almost every "bolt" on part, because the engines are always being taken apart and put back together, you don't want to have to re-thread a block or head because bolt stripped out a hole, lol.
If a stud gets cross threaded you just replace it.

But you do need a little more than twice the height of clearance for the part being "bolted" on, for rockers that shouldn't be an issue, for heads it can be if worked on in the vehicle.

And studs just look way cooler than bolts :)
