1995 Horn

Intermittent horn performance. Checked fuse - ok. Checked relay - relay clicked when I pressed horn on steering wheel. Replaced relay as precaution. Here is the embarassing part - can't find horn. Need help with location. I believe if I check & clean connections horn will work. Thanks in advance.

Toonces drives a Ranger . . . . just not very well.
I think ya'll will find it buried in the driver's side front corner, below the headlight. Loosen the plastic splash guard in the fender well to get to it.
