I'm looking to lift my bronco; I’m on a budget though.
I was looking at two lift options:
4" suspension lift
or
3" body lift and 2" suspension lift

Second option will cost half of that 4" suspension lift.

I was wondering if there are any advantages of 4" suspension lift over 3" body and 2" suspension lift?? What would you guys recommend??

Also
What tires would go with that??

Thanks :icon_thumby:

body lift= cheap lift, if your just using lift to look good then that's the way to go. If you want serious offroad then go suspension

What will i actualy gain with going 4" suspension lift over 2" suspension 3" body??

a body lift and a 2in suspension lift is basically going to handle stock

It's not like i'm going to do any hard core offroading, it's just a trail beater
So i think ill just go with 2 inch leveling lift and bigger tires... :icon_thumby:

what tires could i run with 2" lift??

Before my 3" BL I could just barely fit 30 x 9.50 tires. You should be able to definitely go that high on a 2" lift. Maybe 31's.

If you aren't doing much then there isnt anything wrong with a 3". Many on here have done that lift along with a 4" lift too. Personally, I was replacing my body bushings so I decided to throw on the lift while I was in there. I plan to do a 2" lift at some point myself. Not much but it's fine for me.
