Howdy, and welcome to TRS.

I meant to answer a day or so ago when I saw this but got distracted...but everything should swap over because the cabs are pretty much the same...some minor changes would be needed but I'm pretty sure it will fit with very little modification.

The 88 dash has a support bracket behind there that the later 89-94 cabs didn't have and there may be a bit of wiring hole mods as well as possible heater box swap needed. I put a 96 dash into my 88 cab and it needed a bit of mods to put in the heater box...the 88 box may be the same or very similar to the 89 and up but I didn't check that out when I had my 92 apart.

Just take your time and measure everything carefully...I took about a month to do mine and I was not really in any hurry...although I could have done it faster...I was just being overly cautious.

Oh, almost forgot...I do have some pics on my photobucket account if you need some reference....they are of the 88 firewall with the dash out and the cuts I had to make to get the 96 heater box to work...

I put entire 04 interior into my 87 f150 an issue was the shape of door opening everything fit except the trim on the a pillar. You should not have much problem . had 94 interior before this one. I have bucket seats from a Honda crx in my ranger.

Just got the PM...the link below should get you there
These show the 88 with dash removed...what's behind...a bit blurry

This shows the hole I had to cut and then patch over for the electrical pass through on the firewall...so...be careful...:)

This shows the 88 heater box holes that are in the firewall...can't seem to find the picture of the new holes but it may be on the computer that I was using...that I thought crashed but it was the monitor that died...so I can still get them once I get a new monitor...

http://i1179.photobucket.com/albums/x399/akwarian8/Motorin_zps14ffc643.jpgI have more but PB is not cooperating...you may be able to view the whole album but there was mostly shots of the engine bay and the two trucks I was swapping...

Hopefully that helps...looks messy but it's really simple as long as you keep the wiring in the dash and don't try to remove more than you need to.
