Most of these problems are the plastic gears, they disintegrate with age. You can get replacements at auto parts. Last I bought was $13 bucks. The motor/gear assembly will come off by itself, three small screws, 8mm I think. Two are exposed, and the other is behind the door. There is a small indentation in the door where the screw would be in relation to the other two. You drill a hole in the door to access the last screw. Once you look at it, you will see what I am talking about.shady
