it's a 5.0 auto with 4.10L's in it, what all should I grab off of it to put in my BII? Bii is 5speed, I also have a flywheel clutch and pressure plate for an earlier 5.0 will it all fit?

Thanks

im not a genius with the b2 swap stuff, but if it were me id take the whole engine/engine mounts,tranny/tranny mounts, transfer case, all wiring and computer, both full axles, im guessing it really depends on what you want to do with your B2

I have a c-4/D-20 so I won't have to deal with all of the electronics of the tranny/t-case. Also there is nothing wrong that I can see so my guess is the trannys is what went out to begin with.

The 5.0 won't mate to your trans.

The front axle will be worthless to you.

The rear axle will need flipped, but is worth taking.

To put the 5.0 in, you will need: Engine, trans, t-case, all wiring (just take the whole dash), computer.

seats, console, all weatherstripping form the explorer sport I have transferred over perfectly. Overhead console, seat belts. I took the windshield washer tank, lines and sprayers and moved them over to my BII. Works much better than the single head/dual outlet it was originally equipped with. Roof rack works, slight trimming possibly. Shocks if they are in good working order.....I'm going to see if the rear seats in this expo sport will bolt into the BII next, they look damn close.

No, it won't fit the 5-speed. The c-4 will work if it's from a 5.0 or 5.8.

Explorer front axles up to 94, and Ranger axles up to 97 will work.

It's in the boneyard already, big hassle to title.

Thanks for the good info though

Headed up to take out computer/wiring harness, basically pull everything I can so when they pull the motor nothing I want gets cut. Do I need the dash for the motor? or is that just a bonus? I'm bolting it to a c-4/d20 do I need anything off of the tranny?
