Check engine light is coming on randomly and then goes off

Finally got a chance to swap ecu and so far light is off.

OK finally got time to pull codes after putting original computer back in.

522 (O) Park/Neutral Position (PNP) or Clutch Pedal Position (CPP) circuit fault Transmission MLP sensor out of range in park


539 (O) System shows voltage at PCM pin 10. Is A/C on ?

Just an update

CEL has stopped coming on with the exception of the self test when ignition is turned on.



It kinda fixed itself I never could find the problem because I couldn't catch it with CEL on so I could pull codes while it was running.


My theory is that something was sticking to the o2 sensors and finally burned off but again I don't know what it was for sure.



So what do you think was going on?
