I recently purchased a 1997 XL commercial or fleet truck. Beyond the obvious vinyl bench, painted bumpers and mud flaps, are there other differences from the standard XL? I wondered if there are possibly suspension, or other? Thanx

Only difference I know is the trucks that have chips in the keys dod not use the chips in fleet trucks, allowing more than 8 keys to be used on the truck.

1997 does not have PATS, so no chip either way. If it is a fleet truck, it probably has steel wheels and dog dish hubcaps. Probably has a 4 banger, *maybe* a 3.0...Other than that, I can't think of anything.
