Hey looking to get a nice system hooked up in my 2009 ford ranger xlt 4x4. My neighbor helped me with my head unit and speakers i have now (all alpine) so ill have help with installation. I just want to know are there any subwoofers what wont take up the entire back seat so i can still use the jump seats for friends. And whats a good amplifier i know theres like hide away amps but i dont know how good they are

There's a specific "Audio and Video" sub-forum here within "Styling and Electrical" that's much more appropriate for your question.

Because of reasons of physics, a subwoofer cabinet that's small enough not to be the way, will sound lousy and not be worth the money. If you want big, thumpy bass, you're going to have to sacrifice some space in the back seat.
