NOT! easy lol. I found this http://www.therangerstation.com/forums/showthread.php?t=121608

Should we just take the speedo cable out of the tcase first, to gain some slack? Got the blue tooth mic wire hidden now but when it's time to install the pedal assembly the cluster and dash will need to come out
Thanks in advance! W

My credo
In theory, theory and practice are the same. In practice, they are different.
It seems impossible to get an arm up behind there!
That IS the hardest part. Get some extra wrist joints installed in your arm or find a good, mechanically inclined 6yr old to reach up there.

I find it best to disconnect the wiring first then the cable, it's quite the art to master! Also if your going in there to replace bulbs I suggest replacing all of them!

Damned cluster only moved about an inch! Gotta find some slack somehow but that will wait until we do the engine &trans swap. Did the wire tie fix on the gas pedal. And found the kickdown cable was not even on the gas pedal!
