Hi I am sorry if I this has been answered before. I have searched but haven't found anything. I have an 89 b2 and I need to replace the body mount bushings (well whats left of them). I just ordered the body mounts from Duff today. I am keeping it stock. They told me I will get everything, except the nuts and bolts. I have access to a whole nut and bolt bin at work with grade 8 bolts. Does anyone know exactly what size bolts I would need for this? I would rather not tear it all apart and have to run for bolts at a hardware store. Any help would be great. thanks :)

The bolts are M12-1.75 with lengths ranging from 110-150mm IIRC (I think the rearmost two are 150mm, the rest 110, but not real sure).
Nuts are integral with the lower bushing retainers.

Hope that helps

Ok thanks guys. I'm just gonna have to wait till they get here to see what exactly I need. They told me that all I need are nuts and bolts, so this is where i'm confused. The way it looks Here The original body mounts have seperate sleeves. The way it looks Here the sleeves are built in?

I called duff today and they said the sleeves are molded into the bushings. If the sleeves are in the bushings would I still be able to use the retainers? It appears the retainers are the sleeve from factory. You would think someone that sells the mounts would sell the hardware also, but they said to use 12mm bolts(they couldn't tell me the exact lengths), and they said 2 washers come with the bushings. Why would there only be 2 washers? If I would get 12mm bolts and nuts, I would still need 20 washers wouldn't I?

The bushings should just slip right over the retainers (they did when I did bushings on my Ranger years ago).

As for washers, it sounds like they expect you to reuse all your old hardware (nothing wrong with reusing it unless of course it's all rusted to hell).

Yeah, they are beyond rusted to hell lol. I have 3 mounts that all that is left is the bolt hanging there. The nuts are rusted fast and the washers fell off. I was thinking maybe instead of using 12mm and the retainers, maybe I could use 1/2" bolts and nuts if I got the right size diameter washers. What do you think?

Are the retainer sleeves still OK? If not, you'll need to make new sleeves using some tubing and washers, but 1/2" bolts should be fine (1/2" is actually a tad bigger than 12mm).

Yeah it's a good pic of how its all put together from factory, But i'm not spending that much on it lol...I got the kit today, so now I see what i'm up against. All the old hardware will be getting cut off. I won't be able to save anything so I just went to home depot and got some black pipe to make the sleeves. I have a pile of dock washers that will work perfect. Thank you mjones and 4x4junkie for your help. I won't be tackling this for a few weeks, but I wanted to make sure I had everything I needed.

I ordered 2 bolts from lmc and got them today. Hope this helps someone else. The bolts only seem to be 1/4" different in length(4" and 4 1/4")

And here is the page from lmctruck site
