I took the flywheel out and had it resurfaced. I am in the process of putting things back together. I thought the new pilot bearing fit in the center of the fly wheel or does it go into the crankshaft connection behind the flywheel?

If I remember right on my 89 it went in the flywheel itself, not the crank.

Thank you, that's what I thought. I called the place that surfaced my flywheel and they had the spacer that fits inside the flywheel. I put it back in tonight along with the pilot bearing.
