Hey all, so ive got a question. I need to know if a 2001 3.0 block and heads will work in a 2002 with a 3.0 engine. I know the intakes will have to be swapped out but just looking to see if the block and heads are compatible. I have a rebuilt 2001 3.0 non flex fuel and a bad 2002 3.0 non flex fuel. I see the intakes are a lil different but looks like they can be swapped out. Any help would be appreciated.

Ok yes the 2001 3.0 was rebuilt with new heads and gaskets for rwd. My 2001 has a aluminum intake with a egr on it and the 2002 3.0 does not. So i know the intakes need to be swapped out. I saw a previous post/thread about swapping out the cam syncro also not sure if thats valid in this case. Thanks for your input.
