My credo
you may not like me, but I don't like to care.
I swapped in a 5 speed fm145 and tcase in place of my crapped out A4LD, and removed the two-piece driveshaft to put in a one-piece from a newer ranger, and the newer driveshaft is about 3 inches short at 46.5" weld to weld....is there a direct bolt-in driveshaft for my peticular situation? Cuz I don't have the money right now to build one custom....help please!!

The driveshaft from the donor vehicle should be the right length, because that's a stock configuration. If that's unavailable, then any other Supercab/FM14x/4x4 donor should be able to provide one (from any model year 83-92, I think).
