I replaced the differential in my Mazda B3000 the new differential did not have a gear for the speed sensor. Is there a way to get the speedometer to work again

So you replaced the R&P I assume............the exciter ring off your old ring gear should of been able to be put on the new one.

BOMK there is no other way for the speedo to read as far as stock.
