The wider axle will necessitate really cutting the fender to clear upward suspension travel and turns while the tire is stuffed into the well. A buddy of mine just put a D44 into his 90 and went with a 3" body lift and 6 or 8 inch lift kit and it still looks like he'll have to trim the fenders. Fiberglass ones are the only way to keep a full fender after going wider, they are flared out a bit to clear bigger tires/suspensions.
What he ^ said. or you could go with NO fenders..
