I got up this morning with the intention of removing the exhaust from my 91 all the way to the manifolds, and replacing it.

Had a Gibson cat back and magnaflow direct fit cat, all the seals and what not, everything but the new walker y-pipe which was going to be delivered later today.

I had been spraying the y-pipe bolts with pb blaster for about a week.
Got 3 of the 4 bolts out pretty easily, the 4th one was rounded off so I cut and drilled it out, not too bad... was plenty of room to come from the bottom and drill what was left of the bolt out of the manifold.

So about this time Fedex shows up with the y-pipe...
Open it up and look at the nice half inch hole in it where the pipes meet...

Good times.

I returned they y-pipe with a hole in it.
The vendor said they could not get another one and refunded my money...

Bought one from Summit racing and it showed up quickly and usable. :headbang:
Got everything on, had a leak.
Repositioned the y-pipe and re torqued, thought I still had a lil leak...
Took it to the shop, they said no leak...

When I was putting the exhaust on I thought it was weird that the Gibson name on the muffler was upside down.
I am almost positive that it only fit together one way though, but it was a frustrating day...

I'll give it a few days I guess and see how it sounds to me...
Right now seems a lil more fart can ricer sound than I was hoping, lol.
