Welcome to TRS  (or :icon_pepsi: if you prefer)

It looks like you have a spacer (leveling) lift plus aftermarket progressive-rate coils but is otherwise stock.

If you're looking for a decent budget lift option, I would recommend Tuff Country. They don't use a drop-plate extension for the stock axle bracket that is often known to bust open front differential housings, instead they provide you a complete set of replacement axle brackets (this will matter if you ever do a D35 front axle upgrade).

Higher up the ladder is Skyjacker and James Duff. I would recommend these if you have plans for any rugged off road use. Their brackets are much more robust than both Tuff Country or Rough Country and should stand up to hard use better.

There's enough rust on there I'd probably look into some new spring hangers & shock mounts too (the higher-end James Duff kits provide new front spring/shock mounts, but if the rears are just as bad, you'll still need to source those elsewhere).
