Back in the Marines I had a 1994 Mazda B2300 (aka my Ford Ranger in disguise) It was the first truck I ever bought and paid for with my own money.
Well...long story short...he is gone
The other day I traded my '07 VStar 650 motorcycle for a 1996 Ford Ranger w/ the 2.3L...not in the best of shape (runs rough, needs fluid changes yadda yadda), needs lots of work but I got a little gun-shy after getting T-boned on my bike by some daffy broad talking on her cell phone and making a u-turn a few years back (the bike has been sitting and I haven't been riding and I needed a truck I could do "light" work with [I do have a 1996 Dodge Ram 2500 diesel, but it needs ALOT of work and is current down {need to put cow pusher bumper on, get alignment, replace the doors because I got pissed at the hinges sagging and beating the door latches up so I took a hammer to em..not the smartest idea at the time }]
K some pics if interested
Here is what I traded for the Ranger (yes it was rebuilt from the ground up from the lady's insurance...she bent the frame...I got the bike in the later part of 06..no frames in the US...dealership had to order one from Japan!)

Here is "Da Choppa"
(hey if it's gonna sound like a tank...it's gonna LOOK like a tank!)

Hobbys include
Family, guns, computers and fixing them, tinkering with electronics, amateur radio, amateur PCB design, and budget flashlights, and vaping
USMC 1992-1998 (2841)
Was also in the Texas State Guard for a few years
Hope I can find some pointers and tips here...cause I might need em to get my little red pony back up to snuff.
