looks like you did a good job!

some constructive criticism

1. ditch the sway bar you won't notice much difference on the road, but a HUGE difference offroad
2. do yourself a favor and get a drop-pitman arm (that is if you want it to drive reasonably at all.)
3. get shackles for the rear, NEVER stack blocks (thats just plain unsafe)

Really ditch the sway bar? I also ordered a SJ stering stabalizer but it wouldn't work with the sway bar in the way.

The kit came with a drop pitman arm. I have it on.

The lift also came with the blocks, I'm planning here soon to go with leafs in the rear (like I shoulda doon in the first place.) Or have my dad weld the 2 blocks together.

Yes we know, the standard arm in lift kits isnt enough, It needs the SJ extreme drop arm to get the steering level.

lifts seldom ever come with the right sized pitman arm, you might need the extreme arm made by skyjacker (i believe) or a different steering setup. those steering angles arn't too pretty.

and yes ditch the sway bar and don't look back, you won't notice that much. but it WILL improve articulation. I wouldn't weld those blocks together either, placing those springs so far from the axle will cause axle wrap. I would reccomend going back to the stock block and getting some belltech shackles.

The steering stabilizer will do nothing but mask the problems of bad steering angles (or so I am told) and your tires will still wear badly.

yep, build a k-link steering to use with the SkyJacker pitman arm. you don't really need to ditch the sway bar...... you can get quick connects for it and take them out on the trail. Ditch the rear blocks and run away from them as fast as you can..... beltechs and 63" chevy springs should do just fine.

its not that hard. just buy the superlift super runner (used from Ebay) and weld a little plate in the K so your linkage is level......... or build one from scratch after consulting 4x4 Junkie and getting diagram.

yeah I forgot to add that. You did a nice Job. whos kit is that?

I would just be nervous of the steering and the blocks...... how much clearance between the front drive line and that cross member?

looks nice, but yes, DITCH THE BLOCKS. If you get any kind of axle wrap, the blocks will become unstable, start to come out and possibly come free causing major problems.

what kind of lift is that? i need that passenger side drop bracket, it looks to be a good one that wont punch a hole in the diff. I'd like to get a part number for something like that, but of course skyjacker's is going take 4-6 weeks just to get here...

Anyways looks good, but i'm agreeing with the sway bars and pitman arms as well. I ditched my stabilizers and don't notice much of a difference on the road and it made for one hell of a difference offroad.

The lift looks to me skyjacker judging by the radius arm design and the red paint along with the "dual hole" drop brackets and shocks that say "skyjacker" on them...
