88 BII electrical problem.

After replacing my passenger side fender, my interior lights, radio, and driver side electric windows have no power. all other electronics are working just fine. any ideas on what i could of done?:icon_confused:

There's a connetion plug just right of the battery in the corner.Is it conneted?As for the interior lights and radio,check the fuses and for voltage to them.
