I wanted to know what fuel pump should I run with my 302 swap in my 86 ranger. Its carbureted, and wanted to know if any ones ran the Holley Truck Avenger carb?

If you are working on previously FI truck, then you can just get a pressure regulator with a return line. Or you could take the tank pump out and get any ole electric pump or an inverted manual pump from a E-Van.

Yes there are some on here that run the avenger carb.

If you aren't going to add a lot of engine mods the edelbrock is pretty decent, pretty much drop on, set the idle and done. If you add some go fast parts it will then plague you forever. The pump will depend on your engine requirements. A decent stock engine you can use the stock system with a proper return regulator or the econoline pump. If you are building a monster you will need a good electric pump and proper regulator.
