Hi guys, just joined up yesterday and as luck would have it my 2001 Ranger 4.0 got a vacuum leak. It was pretty easy to detect as there is a 1/2" gash in the elbow of one of the lines. The problem is that I can't determine what line this is to replace it. The lines run parallel one on top of the other from the front-passenger side of the engine to the rear of the engine. There is a large one and a smaller one. The large one has the gash in the thickened elbow portion of it. I took pictures on my phone but they have too many MBs to post on the thread apparently. This is my first ranger with the 4.0 so a bit of this is still a learning curve. In the meantime, I'm going to try and get a picture up.
