Default Will 15x7 Deer Hoof wheels fit on a 09 ranger 4x2?

Like the title says, Will 15x7 Deer Hoof wheels fit on a 09 ranger 4x2?

I know that the tech page says the following:

Quote:
any 4x4 wheel specifically designed for the newer, flat front hubs (without a hub lock) will not fit the front hubs of any 2x4 ranger.
Is this the case with the Deer Hoof wheels from a 97 ranger 4x4?

I see no issue with fitting '97 15" wheels on any year/model Ranger, they have the larger center hole made to fit over a 4WD locking hub (absent on a 2WD). I think the above refers to wheels from certain 2001+ 4WD Rangers.
