Default Project: 12-Volt Sandwich

Well at Robert's advice, and because this seems the appropriate place for this kind of build thread, here is my new build thread.

My subject:

My end goal:

Gentlemen, Welcome to Project: 12-Volt Sandwich.

Now why didn't you go with a BXT-65-850

I kid, this could be the greatest project ever, one which I may have to scam the idea from

Well, I have a BSD 69, with 900 CCA, 1000 CA. I was going to make a tool box from that, for carrying to the junk yard and stuff.

I don't know about everybody else, but a little more background information would be helpful.

No, what I have there is a display battery. It's a 100% real shell, but the guts (the acid and the lead plates etc) were never put in. Our parts manager found them under a shelf while doing his "Spring Cleaning" two weeks ago and said I could have one or two if I wanted since he was just gonna throw them out.

I'm making a lunch box out of it.

You should check out Tom's setup. (HazmatRanger) he's got a sweet battery hold-down for a pre-runner.
