Default Door Ajar Light

Anyone have any info on how to fix this problem. My driver door shows door ajar light in the cluster. Sometimes I can slam it a couple times and the light will go out. But that doesn't work anymore. Any ideas or fixes for this?

Squirt some WD-40 in the door latch and close and open a few times usually fixes the problem.

Your welcome. Buy a product called triflow https://www.amazon.com/Tri-Flow-TF20...ywords=triflow

My buddy has been a locksmith for 35 years and he uses this on everything that has small moving parts. It is awesome. I spray it on all my key holes and door mechanisms. Just a few drops goes a long way.

I have that problem too, and honestly, I gave up on it.
I've replaced all 4 sensor once and after 6 months 3 of them went bad again, I think only the driver's side is working since it's the only door that chimes when I open it. It's a pain in the ass to get to them, specially the rear doors (If you have an extended cab), you always end up breaking the trim, clips or something.
I've tried spraying stuff in them and still no luck, but I drive a lot on gravel roads so they're probably cacked with dirt. I just live with the dash light being on all the time, if it bothers me too much I'd just take the bulb out.
