5.0 explorer parts to help with 95 ranger 5.8 swap

Ok so I have been working on my 95 ranger 5.8 swap for waaaaay to long and it needs to come to an end. So my buddy and I were thinking if a mid 90's 5.0 explorer would be able to donate parts or a frame to aid in the completion in my project. So here's the question's lol. Would a standard cab ranger body fit on the explorer frame so that way I should be able to drop my 5.8 in oooor would parts be interchangeable between the explorer and ranger?As always any input is welcomed input. And thanks for your time it's much appreciated.

I actually have a '97 frame that I got for $20. I'm not sure what you would hope to gain by dropping a ranger body on that? Sure the engine mounts would work, but there are several more viable options for that than a frame swap.
The explorer frame is not shaped the same in the tail end - I don't think it would be a good idea.

If you have specific questions about the frame I will try to answer them.

The front frames are different also due to the different suspensions. Going to an Explorer frame would actually make it harder even for 5.0 headers, let alone a 5.8.
