Exclamation I Need A ECU Bad - Please Help!

I recently swapped my automatic transmission in my 98' Ranger 3.0L V6 2WD to an manual transmission, and I need to find a computer for it to pass emissions. After calling Ford, I learned that my truck was 1 truck of the 5% produced that exact year with everything I have including the manual transmission. Is there anyone that would happen to have a ECU for my truck, or know someone? If so, please contact me at MikeGuevara16@Yahoo.Com.
