Default '92 Ranger 3.0 2wd Hub Nut Torque

Anyone know how tight I should torque the front hub nut on my Ranger after packing the wheel bearings. Thanks very much.

Run it on fairly tight, but not gorilla-torque, while you spin the wheel.
Back it off so the cotter pin hole lines up. Done.

no, its a 3 stage torqueing process, you torque it to 25ft-lbs while spinning the rotor to seat the bearings, then back it off 1/4 to 1/2 a turn, then torque it to 16-18 INCH-lbs, which is about finger tight.
