well guys i hope you like it

1964 Ford Galaxie 500 XL dash and gauges.

it sat up too high for me. so i had to drop it. im going to graft it onto the doors and panels also, so i didnt want it to be too high abouve the window

cut the column hole out some to allow it to drop about an inch or so

i wanted to keep my defrost. so i cut the crap out of my stock top piece. making fillers inside the truck to keep those 4 screws alligned

i like the way i did this. i think it looks cool

much better

and i had to extend the drivers side 5/8"s

the gap by the door, i will be making it flow onto the doors. but thats later on. i think its comin out pretty good so far

Now thats bad ass! Cant wait to see it when its all done. Just goes to show anything can be done with the right amount of work and a welder. Good job man keep it up. I just saw them sell a Galaxy 500XL on Barret Jacksons tonight.
