I've got 94 ranger w/ 267,000 miles on it and its running like a$$. Start the story, i was pulling a loaded trailer to the dump a few months back, when I started to pull out from a stop sign, there was a loud Bang and its been missing and backfiring through the exhaust ever since. Its got a new MAF, Plugs, Injectors, air filter, fuel filter, and PCV. I have checked the timing it with a light and it dead on the needle. I've insured that the intake manifold bolts are all tight, I tried to pull codes even when the light is on i get a 11 code, I'm at a loss.
