I'd be down for it, but I don't really want to be taking the B2 off-road where I could be denting and scratching it up. TRS-2 really isn't an option because I think the motor is in need of overhauling.

funny thing is during my trip to Clayton last month we learned that K-Trail is ALL off-road from Clayton, OK to Mena, AR. My cousin and I are talking about doing it this coming spring if we can free up the time. He talked to a few fireman from Durant that done it in 2 days but said 3 would be idea. you will need 4 wheel drive but I heard its not that bad. would really depend on the weather.

if you go to Google maps and find Clayton the trail is just to the east of there. If you have the labels on it will show you K-Trail and you can follow it to Mena.

Starting to fall together. That sounds like a fun run. Not too far and about the right time of year.

Did you read this thread:

http://www.pirate4x4.com/forum/showthread.php?t=853769

These guys were on the k-trail and someone set a fire on the trail trying to trap them on the trail.
I just saw that over on expedition portal. Lots of marijuana out there. The trail looks fun though. Im not sure if my little 2wd could make it even after the locker though. Lots of scratches to be expected too from reading other threads.

I think with enough people( i'm sure a few will have protection) we'd be ok.

I'll have an extra truck if you wanted to take a 4wd. Otherwise we may just have to keep a towstrap handy.

From the pics on pirate, those trucks didn't seem extreme, so 31's would probably be ok.
