x2 the red stripe does look pretty sweet.

If I may though (and I know this is way too late lol) but did you think of putting your truck's green on the bead? I think it'd tie in a bit better.
Nice build either way though!

The red stripe will be tied in better once the whole truck is painted :icon_thumby:

Here you go!

This is the exterior part of the frame, it gets screwed down to the roof.

Heres the interior part of the frame, once I put in the trimmed headliner, this goes in and holds it up, then pop rivets to the exterior part of the frame. Then a rubber weatherstrip goes on to seal the superdome when its on. As you can see it has metal hooks for the velcro straps on the top, 3 more hooks get screwed to the back wall of the cab.

Thanks man, and I would like to see that episode of trucks I never saw it, was it when Stacey David was on? Some say it was poor marketing. Those who have these installed say its a great product. I have an old issue of minitruckin' from '94 that has a how-to on putting one of these in, and someone had hand writtin a price of $750 on the page :shok: I got this one for $20 :icon_hornsup:

my last update is basically where it sits, I've been working on my '94. It wouldn't be much to get the brakes together so this thing roles again. I'll definitely be painting it this summer. My upholstery business has been pretty busy too so thats been taking a lot of my time.
