Well, this weekend i ordered my new coil over springs. Went with a 200 spring. Hopefully that will help out in the flexy department. Taking the truck out to Hellfire Fab this week. Moving the front axle forward 2", lowering the front an inch, and adding a traction bar to the rear.

Might even move the tank to the bed. Haven't made up my mind on that yet.

Also going to get a new rear driveshaft made. The one that is in it is pretty beat up. Just going to use it as a spare.

Alright guys and gals, I need a doubler. Plain and simple. I REALLY need to get one before the Rubi, so I am hoping someone can help.

I am looking for a doubler that will bolt right into my truck. This means that someone has already built one that they are no longer using, or would be willing to part with for the right price.

Any help you can offer would be greatly appreciated. I will of course cover the shipping.

Here is the truck's info

1994 Ford Ranger
4.0
M50D-R1
Electronic 1354

Any help would be great!!

You have the SOHC right bull90? Why not just go with the atlas or stak? Run you about 2600 with shifters and everything.

I would, but i have the move and I am changing the power plant. If you're not, the Atlas is the way to go

Josh, ever thought about going with the atlas and when you change motors, get the trans with the output shaft the same size as the ranger...??

Ranger uses a 25 spline output shaft, most of the other trans are 23 spline. Such as the 700R4 that i plan on using....

Nothing other then an RBV share the 25 spline and 5 bolt pattern of the ranger Tcase.

i was going to do the 4BTA too....

then i realized something.... What gains does that engine have over an L-Series? The comparison was too close to spend 8 times as much for a diesel.

a member on another forum has the 4BTA in his ranger. He is averaging 18-22 MPG.

My 68 with the LS1 gets 17 at 80 MPH on the freeway and 20 in town. Just sayin :D
